Minty herbal tea aids in reducing nausea in pregnancy and motion sickness, however it is often inconvenient to make when feeling under the weather. The peppermint or spearmint flavors are certain to reduce the discomfort of nausea. A mix of both flavors are in the Mint Box (21 in a box).
